Cancellation Policy

If a buyer or business account wants to cancel a web order, there is no charge if you email us with your order reference number or order number before the product is shipped. However, a 25% shipping fee will apply.

If the item has just been shipped, the best guideline is not to open the package when it appears. The Customer can then return the item to us within 3 days of its appearance. Please ensure your item is satisfactorily repackaged in its original packaging; in either case, a half restocking fee may apply.

The product must be received by us in an unused and resalable condition, including all accessories, packaging, etc., within fourteen days after the Customer approves of the goods.
