Cancellation Policy
If a buyer or business account wants to cancel a web order, there is no charge if you email us with your order reference number or order number before the product is shipped. However, a 25% shipping fee will apply.
If the item has just been shipped, the best guideline is not to open the package when it appears. The Customer can then return the item to us within 3 days of its appearance. Please ensure your item is satisfactorily repackaged in its original packaging; in either case, a half restocking fee may apply.
The product must be received by us in an unused and resalable condition, including all accessories, packaging, etc., within 3 days after the Customer approves of the goods. You will need to coordinate and pay for return shipping and protection against accidents or damage to goods while in transit. After all, you are responsible for any lost products.
Return and Exchange
- An original invoice is required for return, exchange and warranty service.
- All items are eligible for return and exchange except (books, electronics, software, video games, prepaid cards and service fees) unless there is a manufacturing defect
- Items in original packaging
- Returns are accepted within 3 days and exchanged within 7 days from the date of purchase
- Items sold can be returned along with purchased items if the items sold are still in their original condition; otherwise, the price will be deducted
- Items purchased via voucher, credit card or cash are non-refundable
- Refunds collected for third parties are only subject to the Service Provider’s return and exchange policy and require the Customer to present a deposit slip with the Direct Smart Store invoice.

- Receipt of the consignment by the carrier certifies that the consignment (box) is in good condition and sealed upon receipt.
- The return and exchange period is calculated from the delivery date, and you must have a sealed invoice attached to the shipment.
